bcom 3rd year correspondence student

i am a 3rd year correspondence student do i have to submit any form to icai as i am undergoing article training also...but being a non regular student i only have to give exams at the end of year .

pursuing B.com 3rd year as regular student

I had cleared my CPT exam in NOV 2007 & started my training from 1 may 2008. I am also doing B.com and just cleared my 2nd year. Now, can i pursue my B.com 3rd year as a regular student??????

we have a contract for 2 year. in which 1 year we raised bill of only labour i.e. 60% of contact with WCT and next year labour charges with service tax. so can we take the input of service tax in the 1st year as take the credit next year? if yes where we can show the input amt in b/s

How to exercise the due leaves.

Can an article exercise his due leaves at any time he want? Actually, I have earned the leave for about 110 days and I want to exercise them for my exams of PCC which are going to held in this Nov. Can I do so? Furthermore, please tell me can I avail those Sundays and other holidays as leave on which I have worked in past. Please post your precious thoughts.
