direct taxes

there is an exemption of perquisite of interest free loan given to an employee if loan amount is less than RS.20,000

this amount of 20,000 is to be applied individually /in aggregate of all loans given to an smployee

EX:the followin loan is given to an employee mr.x........edu.loan-15000,house loan-15000

what is the perquisite in this case.is the exemption available as individual loan given is less than 20,000.

Books For PCC

My attempt is in november,2008 I want to know the names of the books and there publication for -
1.COST ACCOUNTING.
2.STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
3.INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.
If I get some notes for these subjects then that will also solve the purpose.

sir what is the actual procedure of ignou university. does it have any tie up wid ICAI ...would it be beneficial to go B.COM (h) frm DELHI UNIVERSITY ????
or we should OPT for IGNOU UNIVERSITY
