pls help me I'm getting tension in my new year 2017. Can I just pass the BOTH group in 4 moions.And May coaching also joined me

Sir,I have completed both groups of IPCC .I have joined in articles firm 2 months back.i sent 103 form for registration.but still i have not registered for ca final.i want to join in another articles firm.can I join in another firm without termination because icai not registered my articles.if I join in another firm may loose my final attempt

Ca final existing course registration

sir,
last date for ca final existing course registration is upto 30/6/2017
but due to some reason ,I am cannot file this
there is any process to file existing course with late fee

If i m going somewhere in a train .....will that be counted in my articleship under CA Suresh Prabhu because he is the rail MINISTER ???? as per ICAI guidelines ???
