sir, I have passed can final exams in may 2016, but have not completed gmcs. article ship registration - October 2011. I want to know what is the time period before which I need to apply form 2. is it fine if I do gmcs in November 2016, since I am not getting leaves from office.

Dear All, I have joined one firm after done with all my Form Of Articleship but I haven't submitted form to ICAI before that only They have assigning me an assignment which I have rejected to do so because it is out scope of CA hence they told me we are canceling your registration with our form so they have just removed me out now they told me to cancel the form of articleship to be canceled and give to them due to firm Is far from where do I Stay I have Posted Form By Cancelling the form and now joined new firm and submitted the form also but now what the previous firm is telling to me is that we haven't received our form so it means u have submitted our form (Fact - I haven't submitted their form) To Prove them I have told them that I will be sending them an email with scan copy of new Firm Form but they are not ready to accept that they again again telling me they want their Cancelled (Which is in post only) I told them now what to do I am stucked they warned me that they will Complain to institute with this Careless act of mine that I have posted not given to them in hands so how to convince them that not to make any complaints about me. As when i applied for atc, i was told it is just an additional certificate & you can proceed with your ca final exams. Please guide

i am a student of icai registered as direct entry on dec 2012. i have complited my it and orientation programme but join a article firm in the year july 2016 because some of my family problem .
now i want to re-registration of my ipcc and finish my course.
please suggest me what can i do?

I am in my 3rd year of articleship, now I am unfit to come office daily as it far from my house, which requires me to travel via bus and also have some walking distance.
I have to undergo the knee surgery and I also have corneal damage in my one eye. Eye problem is from last year and knee problem is started from past month.
Doctors of eye had asked me not to use pc,stay away from dust direct sunlight and etc and I am on HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES as this cant be cured even after surgery.
Doctors of knee has suggested me to take bed rest and not to walk, not to stand, not to lift any weight and do not drive. And they has suggested that knee surgery is the only treatment for this problem.
However the knee surgery will be recovered after 2 or 3 months.
i told all these matters to my CA, who in return told me that it will not be required much time to recover the surgery and adjust these leaves in your examination leaves and I will not give you transfer at any case because I dont have much staff.
And as I in 3rd year he is also not signing the consent letter.
I want to take trasnfer from there and want to work at such other place where work load is less and I dont have to travel much, not after the surgery of knee because my eyes are now not well and has worsen the situation. I have now blurry vision and heavy eye floaters.
Reagarding eyes I have medicals issued by the HOMEOPATHY DOCTOR WHO IS "BHMS"

Now I want to know that what can I do in all these, what if I file complaint or request ICAI regarding this, will ICAI ask me to settle down with the leaves because I dont want to take leaves I want transfer. What possibly can I do in this?
Plz dont ask me to call ICAI, they dont reply well I want you guys to help me in this..plz its very urgent
