when we are preparing cash flow or fund flow why we add non cash items like depreciation , loss on sale of machine ,fictitious assets written off value

I am undergoing articleship training from 17-9-2014.I want to take transfer of articles,so I have send a letter to ICAI for permission of transfer of articleship.Still I haven't received any confirmation from the institute...so please do the needful...

I am holding COP since last 2 years but i have no firm registration number? My question is First Can i sign Audit Report like Tax Audit, Balance Sheet etc without firm registration number? Second, Can I train articled assistant under me even if i have no firm registration number? Please help..

How is the Scope for ICWA + CA holders in manufacturing sector ?

My ca final attempt is due in may 2017. I am in my third year of articleship having registered in Sept-2014. 

I want to register for ca finals in January 2017 so as to get new books for May 17 attempt.

Having said that ICAI is likely to come out with new scheme by November 2016 if not by the year end Dec 16.

In that case do I fall under new scheme of education and if yes- thereby will my attempt get postponed to November 2017 as a result of ICAI saying- 3 years completion rule to write final exams.

Please guide me as to when should i register...

Either register immediately to play safe (October 2016 and get old study material) or wait for Jan 2017 to get material applicable for May 2017 exams.

sir as per sec 141(3)(d)(ii) of co's act 2013 an auditor is guilty if he is appointed as an auditor in a concern in which he is indebted for an amt exceeding 5 lac . but as per concil general guidelines 2008 the limit is 10000. which rule to follw?

Sir I had got exemption in Business Law Ethic and Communications. In May 2016 attempt. whether I need to write once again , I am bit confused. I had already mention in my exam for about exemption kindly advice.

I want to know if someone registered for ipcc direct entry and graduates marksheet is not available in that case hand made marksheet given by university is acceptable or not

I want sample letter of termination of articles on the grounds of transfer of my parents to hyderabad which is almost 300 kms away from my ca firm address...so pls provide the letter as early as possible...My principal also agreed for termination but iam having the transfer proof and not having any new address proof..
