as am doing ipcc both groups my friends,neighbors, are telling everybody clears cpt &ipcc but u will not pass CA final now I have fear dat I will fail and no use of this career plz guide me to continue or to not plz show the ways to overcome it FEAR is crushing me

Hello everyone, I have a query related to the application of depreciation on smartphones as per income tax act 1961 as we generally know that mobile phones are charged a depreciation rate of 15% (block -plant & machinery) but nowadays phones have become smart and can do the same work as of a computer...these are also taking the place of computers ..so why are they not charged depreciation rate of 60%, and why 15%  please solve my query relating to the correct depreciation rate  thanks in advance

cpt december 2016 valid old course or new course

Pls someone tell me how can i prepare for my CA FINAL exams in these 3 years so tht i can clear it in just one attempt with rank? I want to have some great ideas frm sm great experts. May be i knw the answer but i wanna hear tht frm some experts out there! A plan will really be more benificial to me.. I really dont want to waste my time or take more time clear my Final exams late knowing tht i hv family responsibilties. So i dont wanna start it wrong. I ll really b grateful if sum gud peoples ll help me.. :) thanku

I am a XI std exam in April 2016, and would like to appear for CPT in June 2017. Some people are suggesting that I should register before 30th June 2016 for next year exams. I am unable to understand why register a year in advance. If anyone could please help Would be grateful thank you!

I am little bit confused about ICAI wording relarting to allowable leaves to article assistant. n layman's term i am saying that i wad taken leave for study for 176 days i.e.(128 days first attempt) and (48 days for 2nd attempt) including exam days. Apart from such leave I was always on leave each month for approx. 3 days each month for pretty reasons. Hence total pretty reasons leave (not for final study) = 90 days. I want to know whether my articleship period has been extended or it is within limit ? Please reply in simple layman's term. Because there is so mush mess in interpretation of ICAI language.

I had started my articleship on 06/04/2015 but not done my GMCS till now.... but now icai has merged the syllabus of gmcs-1 and orientation program and I have already completed my orientation program. So should I still need to do gmcs or not..??

Iam pursuing cs course...iam now 27 and in cs executive...by the time i complete cs i will be 29 or 30.....i want to please know that after completing cs at the age of 29 or 30 whether i can get a job in any company, whether any company will hire me....or should i choose practice instead of job...please reply....
