If an article wants to pursue the training at a PSU as Industrial Training in the last year of training and needs transfer in this regard. Can he do so after the strict announcement of ICAI of 27th March? What will be the procedures for transfer? Please reply it as soon as possible, because, it is very urgent.

AFTER THE RECENT NOTIFICATION OF ICAI REGARDING TRANSFER SUPPOSE MY PRESENT PRINCIPAL IS READY TO GIVE ME TRANSFER THEN CAN I TAKE TRANSFER WITHIN THE SAME CITY ON A GROUND THAT I WANT MORE EXPOSURE?

I came to know that a candidate can appear only once in cpt be it paper-pencil or online. My doubt is - i have piad fee for June 28th CPT paper-pencil exam. after paying fee if i dont attend exam,will it be counted.will i loose eligibility for online cpt to be held in september 2009.

I have completed my articleship of more than 2 years.During my articleship I was forced to work for more than 70 hours in a week. I had also to do the work of peon level. My prinipal always treated me as a slave during my articleship. Due to conflicts, I decided to get transfer on 09, March, 2009. I requested him to give the transfer but he assured me to give transfer after June,2009. He said me to discontinue from the office for the period of June to March. When new regulation (about articleship)came, I requested him to give transfer before 30th April, but he denied. Now he say I can not continue as I have demanded transfer and I can not get transfer as It's not possible according to the new regulation of Institute. I am in huge problem. NEED HELP.
