I noticed one Mr.Jitender is answering a lot of queries in this forum. Can I request to clarify my doubts arising in the accounting and finance profession and also the CA final doubts ?

I have done M. Com part I as an external student from Gujarat University without taking permission from the ICAI as in the form 112 for taking permission for other course signature of principal of college is necessary and it is not possible for the external student.So, please state that is it necessary to take permission for doing external course? and if necessary what are the consequenses as I had not taken permission to do the external course M. Com Part- I

I came to understand that the final syllabus is going to change soon. what is the applicability of the new syllabus. In other words, what is the last final exam under old syllabus.

i m a M.COM graduate,housewife, married for almost a year nw..i have cleared the CPT Aug 26th exam with 72%.Being a meritorious student all my student life, i greatly aspire to complete my CA. now..the nxt step being Articles.. i got some prob..Due to family pressure, i m on my way to be a mother.. so i just wanted to knw do i get a leave during articleship during the last few months..? or in other words can i take break in between my articles or do i have to complete my articles at a single stretch?would it be advisable for me to start my articles now or do it in some future date after evrythngz over? Does my CPT score have a validity to let me start my articles anytime in future? could any1 expert out there guide me plz...

Hello every one.... I am an articled student having cleared PE 2 in November 2006 and got registered to Final Course (OLD) on 22nd january2007. Now I have learnt that I can Switch over to CA final New Course. I would like to know whether its advisable to do so or continue under old course.....

I want to know whether there is any rule that after taking articleship transfer from one firm, I have to get re-registered with new firm within 30 days of date of transfer from the previous firm. If not, then whether there is any such time limit within which I have to get re-registered in a new firm for articleship.
Please reply at your earliest.

I had cleared my CA Intermediate exams in May 1997 under the old syllabus. Now i want to sit for the finals.Please tell me whether i need to register again for the finals. My other queries are:
1.What are the subjects i need to clear off for the Finals.
2.Are there any exemptions available for Cost Accountants?
3.Can i see the present status of my registration online?
4.If not whom to contact for the same via mail?
5.I am working abroad in Dubai in a multinational Oil Co. Shall i need to re register myself as an overseas student to appear for the exams from Dubai?
6.Is ICAI going to give seperate certifications for inter passed students like certified tecnicians?
