Hello everyone, I wasn't aware of the fact that I needed to submit form 103 while registering so I only submitted form 102. During the 6th month of my articleship i become aware of this and I paid the late fee/penalty and of Rs.1,000 and submitted form 103. A day later i.e. today i received an the response from RO that I have been registered under my principal. However I am aware that a handwritten letter of condonation of delay and certain other things are required to be submitted. But since RO has accepted my application do I need to submit these documents? Or am I out of danger zone. Please revert with helpful responses.

I already cleared Final II group. i want to appear for forthcoming Nov 2024 exam for remaining Group I of final . I want to know what is the cu off date for finishing of set A Self paced exam and within what date I have to pass set A exam to enable me to attend Nov 2024 exam.

So can i join back my old ca firm again for the remaining period

I've completed my Articleship Training during March 2021. Due to Covid pandemic, I'm unable to submit Form 108 and after that due to personal reasons it got delayed and now (11.06.2024) I am submitting my Form 108 with Fine. But, my Principal suggests it may be cancelled and I need to pursue fresh Articleship Training again for 3 years. Please suggest me a better idea.

In my firm I didn't get opportunity and the work culture is also negative and my principal is also not allowing me for transfer as in new course 2 years of articleship and i completed 1 year can i terminate my articleship on family grounds and join industrial training and another question if i terminate my articlehip on industrial training what are the supporting documents i have to attach
