Tax savings on company Car

Hi,

Can I save Tax if car is in my company's name but i pay EMI through my salary and my EMI amount is dedected from my CTC?

S.A tax query-urgent

while making payment of S.A tax, it was wrongly entered A.Y 2010-11 instead of 2009-10, in challan.

the said challan was deposited in bank, so how can one recitfy this error of A.Y.

interest not paid on income tax refund

I had filed my income tax return for AY 2005-2006 in time. Refund due was Rs. 6662.00. Which has now been received in june 2009 but without any interest from IT deptt.

What should i do?
