Usually how long it takes to get Income tax Refund from department.
I had filed my tax return for 2007-08 in june'09.Yet it has not been credited to my account.
I had contacted to the Incom Tax department,they said request has been send to NSDL, Bangluroo,in november'2010.
Is this true to pay 10% Commission to the Income Tax Authority.
What should i do now?

My previous company not intrest to give form 12B. Can I fill myself and submit to new company? If yes, how can I fill those information?
I have joined witn new company on Oct 04 2010. I have Form 16 for the year (2009 to 2010) issued by my previous company in the month of march 2010.

After the online payment of TDS we observed that instead of selecting head as Sec 94 C , we have paid TDS under Sec 94 J. Can this be corrected now ? If yes please let me know how ?

during assessment proceedings i have surrendered an amt of rs 150000/=(being short term capital gains)AS PER SEC 50C OF THE I.T.ACT1961.And the learned A.C.I.T has initiated penalty proceedings u/s271(1)(c) of the i.t.act1961.The assessee neither concealed any income nor filed any inaccurate particulars of the same.please tell me any case lawto withdraw the penalty proceedings initiated againest the assessee.

We had a sale against C form on Jun 2010. Was we supposed to collect the C form at the end of quarter Apr-Jun or we can collect it on the end of session 2010-2011.
