2. B- A Comapany Located in Belgium
(Subsidiary).
3. Company B has hold shares in an American
Company and now Comapny B has sold it's
investment.
4. What are the Sections levied and applied
under which certain provisions are

As, per my opinion the both companies has to hold Board Meeting under Powers of Board u/s 179 and 117 filled Form MGT-14.

I have got email from ICAI that my application in Form 117 for firm name has been approved & i may apply in form 18 for Firm particulars.

Plz tell me whether any hard copy of such letter will be dispatched or not ? Or i have to enclose print out of email with form 18 ?

Can anyone pls tell me about what the Income Tax Department wants to have in clause 11(c) of Revised form 3CD. It states as under "Please specify the nature of documents examined". It is not clear what should we write about the "nature" of documents examined.

Recently a government department requested for quotation for certain professional work. Where I along with other quoted professional fees. The work got allotted to a chartered accountant who quoted rupee 1 only for the entire work which I estimated would take at least 360 man days of CA. Even the cost of one time travelling to that department is more than 200 rupees. How far the quotation of rupee 1 is justified?

Can professional program passed candidate pursue internship under advocate??
