Acceptance of audit

I Have qualified as a Chartered Accountant this May 2014. I have also applied for the Membership of the Institute & for the Cerificate of Practice. Can anybody please guide me if I can accept the appintment as the auditor of a Company, prior to getting my membership no. and COP from the Institute. Please also let me know if I can accept the same after getting the Membership No. but prior to gettin the COP.

I have change my job from CA firm to a Private limited company. I have informed institute about resigning from CA Firm within one month. But do I have to inform about joining a company? Is it mandatory?

Whether firm name sent for approval to icai can be changed?

Dear Sir,

I have sent Form no. 117 for firm name approval but i didnot know about the "& Company" cannot be used as "& Co".

So after approval i want to changed it to "& Co." i have not submitted Form No. 118 till now but now want to change it can i do it or not. if yes then what will be the process for the same.

Can principal ruined my carrer??

sir please tell me I am 3rd year article and there are only 19 days are remaining in my complition, my principal is saying that I will report to institute against you and spoil your career. as he seen me talking with another article and become panic..please tell me can he do so.???
