About cpe hours requirement

Kindly tell me the requirement of CPE Hours for newly enrolled members in October 2014 of the ICAI. I have been enrolled as ACA in Oct. 2014. Whether I'll be required to complete minimum 30 hours before 31/12/2014 like other members.

Principal misbehaving

Dear Sir,
if my principal has not grant any GAZETTED leave,working hours keeps at more than 35 hours a week, sent Audit at night to up stations alone etc, stipend not provide at time ETC so may i know that an article can have such Sources which can provide some relaxation over such misbehaving of Principal or An article have to bear such kind of Disorderly behavior.
Kindly give your Expert Opining, i am very curious to know the opinion of Expert about this Query, it means a lot to me and each and every student who facing such kind of disobedience behavior.
