I want to answer the queries for which the answers I know. I have applied for an expert last years ago. But when I saw 'become an expert' tag it shows Your application is still pending.

I don't know, what I do further. But I am interested in answering the queries.

Please guide me to be an expert.

Can a whole time practicing Chartered Accountant also engage in any of the following activities under the light of Regulation 190a of CA regulations?
1. Owing a coaching institute wherein he/she is also engaged in teaching.
2. Guest lectures in a coaching institute.
3. Salaried personnel in an coaching institute.

Empanelment of Chartered Accountant firms/LLPs for the year 2016-2017

Online Applications are invited from the Chartered Accountant firms/LLPs who desire to be empanelled with the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India for appointment as auditors of Government Companies/Corporations for the year 2016-2017. The online application format will be available on our website: www.saiindia.gov.in from 1st January 2016 to 15th February 2016, the firms/LLPs can apply/update the data showing the status of their firms as on 1st January 2016. After filling/updating the data, they are required to generate online acknowledgement letter for the year. They are also required to submit hard copies of the relevant documents in support of their online application along with a print out of the acknowledgement letter generated online. The application which does not have an online acknowledgement letter would not be entertained as a valid application.

I am a practising chartered accountant and presently carrying on concurrent audit for a nationalised bank, i have been asked by my Branch Manager a certificate after checking the arithmatical accuracy of interest on an fd which matured roughly ten years back.. and the customer has turn up for interest on that overdue portion. What as a concurrent auditor i should write after cross checking the interest computed by Branch Manager...can anyone guide me on this...Thanks
