Who can sign form 15 CB, (it mentions a Chartered Accountant, sec 288 of the IT Act), however on a plain reading of the section on a conjoint basis one may conclude that it can be signed by a member (without a COP). Can a CA with COP can sign or it can be even a member.

If I would file ITR on 27/03/2015 for A.Y. 2014-15 for a non audited person having no tax liability or tax refund then under which section I would file this return? whether it would be section 139(1) or section 139(4).

my one friend is advocate and he has engaged in the incorporation of company but in inc 7 for uploading digital signature option is not available to advocate for digital sign option available to only ca cs and icwa in prsctise

for Example two CAs who is partner in Different firm can do other business by making a new partner ship firm.

Dear Members

I am here seeking some expert advise on my current situation.
My former CA happened to be highly unprofessional and has left both me and my company in very bad shape.

Ex: I had made TDS remittance to the govt however he forgot to file it and I have a notice of 32,000 INR now from the govt.
He mislead me and my partners in terms of personal tax filing and that has lead to a loss of over 80,000 INR.

I am contemplating filing a case against this CA.

Should I file a complaint against this CA? Is it effective? Is there anyone who can help me do it and ensure he is penalised for his unprofessionalism?

can we see any trading company detail on MCA21 site as like we can check any company detail on ROC if we can then how because i tried to find the detail of trading company namely vikas trading company ,dharma Trading Company, but i didnot find detail of any one of them if we can find the detail of trading company then please guide me for the same.
