Also are advertisements on websites having Push technology allowed ?

I am a qualified CA holding COP, now I want to extend my practice in the area of Valuation services incorporating Valuers and Engineers.
what legal procedures require for the valuation services, since this is the new area for me so i need your kind advice.
How should i prepare an attractive profile for Valuation services, please give me some relevant link.

Capital gain exemption u/s 54f

Father sells urban agricultural land to builder in Ay 2011-12 and invests in only son name in rural agriculral land as per agrement of 2007 when same land was outside 8 km limit, at that time rural agricultral land. Can he claim exemption u/s 54f
