What do u mean by hedge funds ? How does they affect indian stock market ? What is the crisis of Sub-mortgage (loan) crisis in US economy which has effected indian share market recently ?

We are doing daily trades both in Derivatives and Equities which easily touches the gross turnover of Rs 40 lacs in a day or two. Are these accounts are liable for tax audit for filing woth IT dept. If not required on what basis. kndly clarify.

1.CAN one include stt in cost of equity?
2.can one simultaneously show capital gain and income from other sources( i.e income from capital assets like equity)
what will be the status of income from derivatives, Futures and options like index futures, option)?
