The company was incorporated on 2008.the subsrcibers took up the shares.however the shares certificate were not issued for the subscription shares.can the company issue share certificate as on this date? if not what is the alternative.

I have short term capital gain and i want not to avail 10% or 15% tax rate benefit and want to avail benefit u/s 80C?
shall i eligible for the benefit u/s 80 C by treating short term capital gain as normal income

Open interest & market movement

Dear sir\Madam
it is said that when open interest & price are rising market is increasing,when both are falling market is strengthening,when price falling but open interest increasing market is weak, and when price rising but open interest is falling market is weakening.
Why does open interest & Market movement have this relationship?
