I am a novice in matters regarding share market. Please guide me as to how to pick up a blue-chip stock which gives highest return on investment. Kindly lay down 'key-factors' to be considered while selecting above kind of stocks.

Hiii,

i have query of format for issuing a resolution for issuing fresh share certificates after conversion of limited company into private limited company.till now no certificate has been issued.

Transfer of shares from one person to another

Hi

I have shares in the demat account of my father & i want to transfer it to my wife's Demat account. Is it possible ????

Both are having Demat A/c with different Co's & their Bank is also different

If yes - How will the dividend be credited in the New transferred A/c

My boss has purchased shares in June2011 and sold in the month of February2012. The transaction sheet does not show STT.The transaction is a gain to him.What is the percentage of capital gain tax
