I am a newly qualified CA.I dont want to go into the practice.I got 2 opportunities in my hand right now
1)One startup company (since 2013) has offered me the job of head of accounts.They are in Healthcare testing business.
2)One from established Jewellers where they offered me the same position.But it is family based environment though they are a private limited.
I am a bit confused rite now.which offer to select.

Can i do ca and b.com together after passing 12 with new ca course which had been introduced recently

I have completed pe1 in 2002- 2003 but due to sudden death of my father I had to discontinue as I had to look after my fathers business, I'm 34 now I want to pursue ca course can I do it now.

I have misplaced a C Form issued by our customer. Now I asked for new C Form against the misplaced one along with FIR and News Paper add.

But as per the information from customer, their sales-tax office not willing to issued new C Forms now.

What should I do now? Please advise.

Is CA or CS course possible after ICWA ? If it is then what will be the best career prospects ?

I am 27 years and Bcom, LLB graduate, 10 attempts of CS Final & still have 2 subject. i am not yet employed. Done with internship(not so good exposure). i want to be the most important person in the company something like back bone of Board. due to repeated failures i have lost track of Companies ACt and other allied laws. I feel depressed./ Please help me find the right path

In order to apply for membership number, whether we should complete advanced itt and gmcs II ? or can we do the advanced Itt after filing form 2 to icai ?(Because in form 2 and all websites, it is mentioned that we can apply after passing exam+ complete articleship+ complete gmcs. Nothing is mentioned about advanced itt)
