i've completed my articles and final both groups.
can anyone pls tell me in detail what is the procedure and how can I obtain icai membership?

Hi. I got really fed up with the results. I am writing my final exams for past six years. Cleared group I in final before 4 years. I am not employed anywhere. My experience are articleship and 1 as audit assistant in a firm. I am now 30 yrs old. I left my job as it was difficult for me to manage my daughter who is 10 yre old, my job and exams. I havn't cleared this time too. don't know what to do. I was about to apply for a job in NBFC. don't know how to proceed.

Plz suggest me whether maternity benefit act 2017 is also applicable on ca firm having employees exceeds 10? As ca firm can also be defined as an esrablishment.
If not then why?

A CA works under a CA firm can get a full time COP or Part time , and if he get Part time COP then have right to do attest function or not ? Please ASAP with reference of provision.

BUT NOW I WANT TO DO PRACTICE AS INCOME TAX LAWYER .PLEASE HELP ME THAT WHETHER I SHOULD TAKE ADMISSION AFTER CLEARING CLAT EXAMS OR OTHERWISE DIPLOMA COURSES WILL BE VALID FOR LAWYER OF INCOME TAX.

I haven’t submitted the articleship deed form no 103 and 102 till now. I filled up the form on 30th april 2018 and the maximum period of 30 days has passed and now i can submit the form with a late fee.
What is the mode of paying such fee?

I am holding full time COP and now I want to join for LLB course on regular basis. Do I need to take permission from the Institute for this? Please guide in this regard.
