A CA works under a CA firm can get a full time COP or Part time , and if he get Part time COP then have right to do attest function or not ? Please ASAP with reference of provision.

i recently transferred from my old office and my old principal has signed on my form 109 but while applying for form 103(re) for registering under new principal. Letter no and letter date are being asked regarding FORM- 112 details. more overe i did'nt get any letter from icai so where can i check my letter specifying my eligibility for appearing for degree exams??? please help me out in getting my letter no and letter date.?

I am a chartered accountant.I had worked in the offshore unit of a big 4 for about a year. I quit the job without another one in hand. I want to move to indian practice. Is it difficult to get into indian practice now. I am continously applying in the job portals. But not getting that much response. I am scared that i would not be considered as i worked in offshore.

I really need advice - My articleship started on 2012 when I was pursuing B.com which I informed institute along with my articleship registration form then I enrolled for CS in Feb 2013 and didn't inform institute because I didn't knew about that then my B.com ended on March 2013.

My problem is I am a qualified CA now and appearing for CS professional in June'2018 can you please let me know what is required now in order to avoid any penalty or corrective order.

I have cleared ipcc group 1 and I was thinking to leave CA and go abroad for studies. So I wanted to know that will there be any benefits if I do CA and then go abroad in a country like USA,Canda or UK. Or should I study there if I want to live there and find a job.

Whether it is advisable for a dummy chartered accountant to choose the profile of internal audit in a CA firm engaged only in the internal audit.
