M.com without doing b.com

Sir,
I am CA Final student, i want to get M.com degree from ignou without doing B.com after completion of CA Final.
It it possible? if not pls suggent me. I am in hurry. All of my friends already got B.com degree.

Cpt registration

Respected Ma'am/Sir,

1.I am Arnav Kumar, I have completed 12th in 2008, now i want to do CA, Can i take registration in CPT June 2014.

2.I have changed my name from Rajat Kumar to Arnav Kumar & i have all proof of name change, Can i take registration from new name in CPT.

Cpe requirement

I am having one quiry regarding CPE Hours.
I have completed my CA in Nov 12 attempt and taken the membership in feb '12.
I want to know what is the requirement of CPE hours in my case.
Please also explain the meaning of 3 yrs block periods mentioned in ICAI site from 1.1.11 to 31.12.13.
