Regarding procedures for joining ca firm as retainer

Dear friends I have one query regarding Cop ..... I am CA and doing Practice in CA firm. I want to join CA firm as Retainer. Can anyone tell me procedure which i require to follow for registering with ICAI as retainer in firm?

BCOM degree is required for getting employment in ICAI campus placements? If i qualify ca in first attempt and my interview performance is good, having no degree will honder my chances of getting employment

Job in australia

I am a CA currently working in a PSU bank from last one year. I have cleared my CA in Nov 11. I hv also cleared certified course on IFRS in June 2012. I have also worked in an iron & steel manufacturing company from 01/04/2012 to 15/11/2013. Thereafter I m working in a PSU from 22/11/2013 to till date. I want to get settled in Australia. Kindly suggest me the courses or other ways to get an esteemed job of my profile in Australia.

Do third attempt or leave ca course

sir / madam i have written ca cpt dec 2014 but i know that i will not pass this time to too .. i have told this to my parients and they have said to leave the ca course... i am very frustrated i dont know what to do now ?? plz give me some suggestions???
