what to do after MBA (FINANCE)

One of my friend has just completed MBA (distance learning)...working in Accounts, wants to pursue some good profeesional course ie. CS, CFA, LLB ....ADVISE.

Hi Experts

i want to do MBA through IGNOU, is it worth doing from it? i have to clear an entrance test(Openmat) for admission, can u name any books to prepare for the openmat exams
