Export benefits for merchant exporter

We are Merchant Exporters buying goods from 100% EOU & SEZ and exporting the same. We are giving them Disclaimer Certificate and not taking any export benefit. If we buy goods from a non EOU or Non SEZ manufacturer who is even not covered under Excise net, what export benefits we can get.

I import phophoric acid from china. Pay custom duty including cvd @12.50%. It is refunable or not? If refundable then what's the process?

What is the current registration charges and total fees for obtaining Import-Export code from DGFT AND the procedure, time & documents required .

Regarding iec code in case of one person company

Sir,
i am applying for the iec code while online approval they told you have to metion atleeast two directores details but in case of one person company there is only one director so how to approve the form please help urgent

Import epcg license

Dear Sir

Kindly let me know procedure to amend "Port of Registration" in EPCG License.
The port of Registration was wrongly entered as" Bangalore (INBLR05)" instead of "Bangalore Air Cargo (INBLR04)" during the time of filing of the on-line application.

Imported goods from usa

hello,
one of my client engaged in manufacturing of Oil field item and heavy capital item, imported some goods from USA and paid Custom duty, CVD.

whether client claim for Cenvat of CVD if
1): this imported Item is capital item
2): this item is other than consumable item
