Our company imports Software licenses from Microsoft all transaction are through online only. they receive the License online and they transfer it to Reseller for a commission.
weather Customs duty is applicalble for such transactions??
The Company Chages both Sales tax (VAT) and also Service tax,(not WCT)
VAt at State rates
Service tax @ 10%+3%

Please Clarify weather Customs duty is applicable

Input on excise and service tax

Hi

Can any one tell me that is there any restriction on avalaing input credit on Additional CVD.

Can a service provider and a manifacturer can avaial this benefit.

Its urgent for me. Kindly clarify

Gujarat VAT Do we can take Credit of VAT & CST Collected ?

I want to Know sir/s in Gujarat VAT
1) Can we take Credit of VAT & CST both ?
2) or We have to Deposit which I have Collected CST from Sales A/c
3) That Person only taker of CST he/she don't give CST to anyone.
4) If 1st ans is will be taken so How can we do the Calculation of it ? pls send me any file on my emil ID related to this Query

claim of excise rebate

Can a claim for Excise rebate be made after a claim for Duty Draw back has been rejected due to want of documentation? are the documentation needs of both schemes the same?
