IF PREMISES ARE HELD AS STOCK BY A BUILDER AND HE RECIVE RENT ON THOSE PREMISES, THEN IT CHARGEBLE IN INCOME FROM HOUSE PROPERTY OR INCOME FROM BUSINESS & PROFESSION?
