Can anyone please tell me whether diesel, sugar and pan oil are exempt from central sales tax and maharashtra value added tax??. Pls reply fast its very urgent?

Can a Indian CA Firm registered with ICAI, perform audit of a Foreign Company incorporated in Canada (100% Subsidiary of a Indian Company).
Further, said CA Firm is not a Statutory Auditor of Indian Company.
