Suppose one person is exporting goods of Rs. 30,00,000 p.a. Is he entitled to DEPB. If yes, how much ? To whom he should contact for Availing DEPB credit ? Can he avail any cash assistance as an export incetive from DGFT etc. ?

fringe benefit tax

whether fringe benefit tax is applicable on the units established under SEZ or STP?
Is FBT also exempted? As Income tax is exempted u/s 10 of income tax act for the uinits established under SEZ or STP.
