How do you remember sections in company law/Income tax...?

I request everyone to provide some hints to remember sections.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hv cleared 1st gr of Final CA. and m B.Com.graduate and LLB (3 yrs goin)
I am eager to know whether articleship period served under CA is counted in Australian CPA Work programme of 3 yrs. and m confused abt CPA programme. what i hv learnt is-
1.clear six subjects in 2 semisters
2.become associate member
3.3yrs work programme!

my query is regarding 3rd point.
Also tell me if m wrong in abovementioned analysis.

Is Costing book authored by Mr.Ravi Kishor for CA Final helpful for CWA Inter Stage II ? Worth buying ? Or some other book to be refered ? I am going to do the subject myself ?

I am having a Savings Bank Account with ICICI Bank Ltd. At the time of opening the A/c, I had not given my PAN No. When I went to deposit an amount of Rs.90,000/-, the banker hesitated to accept the payment. I had written my PAN in the space provided in the pay-in-slip. The bank’s ground was that I have to inform the PAN in advance and a photocopy of the PAN Card should be given to the bank along with original for certification at their end. Only after that they will accept the cash in excess of Rs.50,000/- But I am informed by some other people that mere mentioned of the PAN in the pay-inslip will do. Kindly advise as to the correct position. Also please let me have the details of any guidelines issured by the Income-tax department/RBI.

Sir, We are engaged in production Of Tooth Paste and Purchased some machines and spares for 66 KV project which help us in smooth distribution of Electricity from Govt. Electricity Station.

Can we issue C form for purchase of such spares which are required in installation of that project.

My friend is resident of Nepal and if he wish to register for Chartered Accountancy course in Nepal and want to pursue exam in Mumbai center , Can he eligible to do so??????

If any employer fail to pay the profession Tax to Govt. which he deducted from his / her employer's salary & He was liable to pay the tax quarterly.
Then how much interest he have to pay on the amount of Profession Tax?

this problem relates to capital budgeting. the project requires an up front investment ranging between RS.800000 and rs.1200000.how we are going to take this while evaluating the proposal.

There is a hotel in which second floor is vaccant.and one pub approached to hotel to give the part of that vaccant palace to pub on lease.but to make the space ready for lease,the hotel had to set up partition and a small kitchen.various estimates of the upfront renovation cost ranged between Rs. 750000 and rs.1000000.the cost would be depreciated over the life of the project using slm,with zero salvage value.My question is how we will consider range while evaluating capital budgeting proposal?
