I wish to form a 100% owned subsidiary for our company in the US. I have already applied for the EIN number.
I wish to know what all steps I need to take in India, and how I can proceed.
I know that I need to get a UIN, ODI part 1. Anything else needs to be done to maintain proper systems and documentation. Can I get an expert to help me out in my journey?

as per partnership act section 59(2) a firm which is registered shall use (registered) immediately after its name. Now do we need to include this in "for" stamp of the partnership? if any one have info please guide me as to where should we use this word after firm name. as per our rti to the registrar there is no need to change in the PAN so we cant use it in our GST invoice. In such a case where should we use it what does other firms do?

I had not done franking and stamp on 102 Form within specified time limit within one month from commencement of Articleship.
And now almost 10 month gap between 102Form and Stamping in Form 102,
ICAI has demanded the stamping done within 30days from the commencement of articleship,

Now E-stamping facility has been introduced by Govt sothat back dated stamp not possible,

What can I do now??

I currently hold two ICICI insurance policies, Life Time Classic and Future Perfect & I have been paying premiums of Rs 5000 & Rs 2556 respectively since November 2019. However, I am now considering the possibility of discontinuing these policies and redirecting the funds towards partially repaying (Principal amount) my housing loan.

If a society is not renew the certificate(society Registration certificate) last 6 years so what can happen & how to solved it . Is there any process to solve.
