Pen drive login problem

i have ordered a pen drive for online lectures.i have login int cci file in a laptop but i dont want to watch lectures on that laptop as i want to plug-in the pen drive on to another pc. i am not able to login the ci file on another pc. as it shows the error "your laptop/desktop serial no doesnt match with our records
