when do we need to publish standalone financial statements of subsidiary.

Shall we inform ROC before 31/03/07 for publishing consolidated financials statements.

Interest subsidy received for a project, subsidy given for a term loan as if reducing interest by 2%, loan period next 7 years, Now ineterst subsidy showing in balance sheet liability side, if iam taking this subsidy as defferred income what is base? whether have to adjust on NPV basis, if using NPV whether balance amount will come in subsidy(un adjusted)?

sir in many case i have seen that the exporter recovers lesser freight from buyer than it actually pays to the CHA.
whether it is a correct practice in view that it directly effect the FOB value as FOB is increased & thus extra export incentives are received.
whether FEMA permits such contracts to recover lesser payment on account of freight??

Through the statement of Profit & Loss account we ascertained either "PROFIT" or "LOSS" and not ascertain both at a same time. Then why should we call as " PROFIT AND LOSS A/c instead of " PROFIT OR LOSS A/c ?

WE EXPORT GOOD IN F.Y.2006-07. BUT THE SAME HAS BEEN REJECTED BY CUSTOMER AND REHJECTION LETTER & COPY OF B/L FROM BUYER SIDE RECEIVED IN SAME F.Y.200-07. BUT BILL OF ENTRY DT.IS IN F.Y.2007-08. SO I WANT TO KNOW THAT IN WHICH F.Y.WE PUT ENTRY OF SALE RETURN. PLZ REPLY ASAP.
