HI DEARS!I NEED A STANDARIZED FORMATE FOR PROPOSAL FORMATION.THE FORMATE SHOULD BE BASED ON ENGINEERING CUM CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS.THAT INVOLVES PROPER BIDDIND SYSTEM.I NEED IT URGENTLY.
my question is
if i have purchased a land and agreements shows that i have purchased the land with the intention of its sale in the future or use for the personal purpose in the future .
then weather i can treat the land as my stock.because my intention was not to hold land as investment.
if yes then can i capitalise the interest cost beared for this investment.
Hi
Can anybody suggest me the good refrence book on IFRS?
plz suggest me books which help me in preparing an accounting manual for a company engaged in providing computer training.
What will be the treatment of Capital Reserve and security premium shown in the balance sheet of subsidiary.when the investment is made and CFS are made in the same year or in the next year.
Please give your opinion on the following issue.
A partnership business with completed balance sheet for the year end 31-03-2007 was converted as a pvt. ltd. co from 01-04-2007. All the assets and liabilities were taken over by the Pvt Ltd and March 2008 is the first Balance sheet for Pvt Ltd Co. For depreciation Calculation can we treated WDV of Assets in Partnership firm as Opening Balance in Pvt Ltd Co.
