If a company is a holding company but unlisted, is it still required to consolidate its accounts?
If no, then whether it is required to file statement under 212 of companies act .
If yes, then where statement under 212 is to be filed.
A public ltd co. (closely held Co.) has issued 9 % non- cumulative redeemable preference shares during the year 2007-08 to existing equity share holders covered in register to be maintained u/s 301.
whether this issue of preference shares falls under the definition of "preferential allotment".
and what is the reporting requirement under CARO,2003, which is reproduced as unedr:
"whether the company has made any preferential allotment of shares to parties and companies covered in the register maintained under section 301 of the act.
which exchange rate would be applicable on conversion of a trial balance of foreign currency in Indian Rupee, for the purpose of consolidation?
How & When can the land owner recognised the land revenue & how the accounting under construction company has been made .
Required detailed information if any regarding construction Co. in both accounting & income tax aspects
