when machine spare parts purchase againt cash then if it may go to particular machine A/c or it may Repairs Plant and Machinery A/c

quarterly reporting as per AS 23

While Reporting Financial statement results in stock exchange , whether we have to disclose the share of profit from Associates Quarterly as well as Annually or Only in the Annual Financial Statement.

accounting policy

we are indian incorporate company and almost all the investment in our company is made by forein entity(company) , here my question is can we need to close the books of accounts upto december 08 under the law , and also we have to close our books of accounts as at 31st march 2009. pls clarify my querry.
