Brc for service tax refund filling

we are regularly filling service tax refund for service use for export of product now my point is that we submitting BRC copy along with all the other document at the time of filling refund, but now in case of E-BRC we had to provide the Hard copy in refund?

15 October 2012 approach to your banker you upload this BRC on DGFT site if you not got it till 17.08.2012 further information is posted:

15 October 2012 IN THIS CASE APPROACH YOUR bank alongwith request letter for duplicate issue BRC and all details already follow as per details above said mentioned by me....
