08 April 2016 Our manufacturing co. based in Vadodara, Gujarat will be transferred to Andra Pradesh. All Material laying in stock and Plant & Machinery will be transferred to Andra Pradesh. Can any one tell me procedure for transfer From Gujarat to A.P. ? what kind of documents arecrequired ? This is against form F. so how can I get form F ?

08 April 2016 In case of Stock Transfer generally following document are required at the time of assessment;
1. Stock Transfer Invoice;
2. GR / LR issued by Transporter;
3. Necessary Way Bill or Road permit issued by the VAT Department;
4. Form F issued by receiving branch / agent as case may be;
