Branch in other state

12 January 2018 Dear Experts,
I want to open a branch in other state for which I also have to take the registration in GST of the branch.
But I don't want to open separate bank account of branch all the expenses relate to branch shall be paid by my current account (head office)
Pls tell me is it mandatory to open separate bank account for branch,

12 January 2018 You can maintain Bank Account as Single end...
But, Follow the accounts separately...

12 January 2018 Sir for income tax purpose whether branch accounts will be maintain separately or all the transactions made by branch shall be taken in head office accounts

12 January 2018 For all the Transactions...
It means you will maintain the Branch as Another one Firm. No more connection for any transactions. Except ITR...
