27 September 2014 Dear Sir ,

We are paying Book Royalty to Our Authors as per our requirement . While paying 10% TDS we are deducting from there payment .

Kindly Explain me that What is the Exemption Limit for a Year for Book Royalty Payment when the Book Author don't have any Source of Income.

Kindly Explain.....

27 September 2014 irrespective of whether or not that author has any other income from source, you will still have to deduct TDS at 10%.
