08 August 2013 in running business if choose composition scheme and from last 5yrs if not prepare book of account and also not pay vat.
so now what is provision applicable and what step taken for release from the situation

In any case Books is mandate. either Composition or full rate payment.

You should try to write your books since bigning to till date . and on that basis you have to discharge your liability.
