book building is for determination of price wihtin the price band in case of issue of shares (either fresh issue - IPO or sale of existing shares). These shares are then listed on the SE
Reverse Book Building is for determining the exit price for delisting of shares of a company already listed from the stock exchanges.

I missed one pont, in RBB the floor price is fixed. There is no upper cap.
