Bonus & Commission Taxability

Dear All,
Wish You a very vehy Happy Holi to all.
We are a Company assessee and having around 10 employees. Salary income of the employees is taxable.
As i don't have the figures of bonus and commission to be earned by the said employees during the f. y. 2009-10. Figures will be provided by management after the filing of TDS Return i.e. in the July-2010.
Further bonus and commission will be paid after july-2010.
Please advise me whether bonus and commission will be taxable in the f. y. 2009-10 or 2010-11 for TDS and Form16 purpose.

calculate TDS on bonus on actual payment basis not on the provision.

Bouns & commission can be taxed in the year of payment
