bonus is payable on completion of 240 working days only, for fragments bonus is not calculated unless the employee is leaving the organisation,
in such events the descision of management is to be considered, there is no rule for payment of bonus for fragment periods.

Thank you Sir for replying. But i know which you have explained. It is just an example which i created for cal. of bonus for whole the year i.e what if tis type of situations are there. So considered that i am calculating whole years bonus in which 1 month is like above then what will be the solution?
