can any one tell main provisions related to calculation of bonus and exgratia.

like.

3,500 pm is minimum salary n of 8.33% as minimum n max up to 20%.

when exgratia has to be calculated?

YOU CALCULATE BONUS MONTHLY BASIS , 8.33% IF BASIC+DA LESS THAN RS.3500 IN CASE GREATER THAN Rs.3500 THEN CALCULATE RS.292 PER MONTH.

IS THERE ANY PROVISION THAT IF BASIC+DA EXCEEDS 10000 PM,EMPLOYEE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR BONUS.
