15 May 2014 if employee is tempoary or permanent disablement will he b eligible for bonus if cant work for 30 days in a yaer

16 May 2014 Yes Parul if the employee is unable to attend work due permanent disablement then he is eligible for bonus.

13 June 2014 in my opinion, since he is unable to work due to his disablement, he is entitled to get bonus
