i am working for MNC in mumbai & already bonus is added to my CTC & as per the company norms they say that if i join before september the i am eligible for bonus in the coming year april's salary. it means i will be getting on pro-rata basis i.e from september to december(4months). bonus calculation is from jan to dec. so now i had completed jan to dec (i.e 1year)and leaving the job in the next year by feb14.so they are sayin that i am not eligible for bonus and my inhand salary is Rs.15000pm & basic salary is around RS.9000pm. So please let me know whether i am eligible or not and send me the proper statement with indian law so that i can fight with them
