31 July 2014 To receive, consider and adopt the audited Balance Sheet as at 31st March, 2014 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with Auditors Report thereon and the Directors’ Report to the members.

“RESOLVED THAT the Balance Sheet as at 31st March 2014, the Profit & Loss Account, Auditor’s report thereon for the period ended at 31st March 2014, and the Directors’ Report as placed before the members are hereby approved.”
