Authorizing Mr.XYZ Sharma for Service Tax Purpose
“RESOLVED THAT Mr. XYZ, s/o Shri PQR, Director be and hereby authorized to represent the Company in all Service Tax matters before the concerned authorities and to sign and execute all papers, Documents, Service Tax Declaration Forms, returns etc, to be submitted before the said authority and to do all such acts, and things as may be necessary in connection therewith or incidental or ancillary thereto.’’

“RESOLVED THAT Mr. Madhav Kumar, Assistant Manager- F & A, and Authorised Representative of the Company be and is hereby authorised to sign all papers, applications, plaints, petitions, appeal, affidavits and all other documents as may be required to be filed with the Central Excise and Service Tax Department or Appellate authority or before any other Government authority, Tribunal/forums and/or local authorities in connection with any legal proceedings by or against the Company, having address at __________________and to represent the Company and to do all such acts, deeds and things which are incidental and considered necessary and expedient in this regard.
