Board Resolution

This query is : Resolved

02 September 2010 I have submitted a board resolution to the bank reg the addition of a new authorised signatory. There were two authorised signatories. among that one was resigned and we want to add a new director in the place of resigned director. In the resolution, only new authorised signatories name was mentioned.
As in the BR It was mentioned
'RESOLVED THAT in supersession of all earlier resolutions passed", the bankers included only the new signatory as authorised signatory and they automatically deleted the existing authorised signatory which we does not want to delete.
Please tell me whether we can make changes in the Board resoloution as this mistake was happen Inadvertently? Or else what is the solution?

02 September 2010 You may call a Board meeting and pass a fresh resolution to authorise the second person (i.e.existing person whose name got deleted inadvertently) to act as the authorisd signatory. Board is empowered to authorise a person to sign and execute documents / Cheques etc on behalf of the company . Send the certified copy of the resolution to the bank.
